Down's football and hurling managers, James McCartan and Gerard Monan, have finalised their backroom team for forthcoming season.
Senior football manager James McCartan will have once again have Kilcoo man Jerome Johnston on board. Johnston has been involved since McCartan took up his post in 2010.
Eamon Burns, All Ireland winner with the county in 1991 and '94, also joins following roles in charge of Ballymartin, Darragh Cross and Bryansford.
The fourth member of the management team is Professor Niall Moyna of DCU.
Moyna was manager of the Irish U-17 International Rules team that toured Australia in 2006, while in recent years he has managed the DCU senior football team. He was also a part of the Dublin senior football backroom team that won three Leinster senior football championships and the All-Ireland senior football title in 2011.
Hurling manager Monan will once again be joined by Martin McCusker from Ballela and Ballycran clubman Stephen McAree - with a new addition of Paul Flynn, the former Waterford hurler, as team coach.
Ballygunnar man Flynn has recently been coach to the Carlow U-21 team and as a player won three Munster winners' medals, one National League winners' medal and one All-Star award.
