Craig Gilroy will win his first full cap for Ireland against Argentina in the Guinness Series International at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday.
Gilroy comes in for Andrew Trimble on the left wing - the only change from the matchday squad that faced South Africa a fortnight ago.
The new cap impressed in last weekend's 53-0 romp against Fiji, - scoring three tries and has also turned in some eyecatching performances for Ulster.
Simon Zebo is named at full back and will win his third cap.
Gordon D'Arcy and Keith Earls will continue their centre partnership and Jonathan Sexton is named to start at No10 after recovering from the tight groin he suffered in the warm up for the Fiji game and forced him to withdraw from the squad.
The forwards selection is the same that lined out for the opening game of the Guinness Series with Richardt Strauss winning his second full cap in the front row.
Among the replacements, Donncha O'Callaghan could make his 90th appearance for his country if he is called into action.
Ireland XV to play Argentina: 15 Simon Zebo, 14 Tommy Bowe, 13 Keith Earls, 12 Gordon D'Arcy, 11 Craig Gilroy, 10 Jonathan Sexton, 9 Conor Murray; 1 Cian Healy, 2 Richardt Strauss, 3 Mike Ross, 4 Mike McCarthy, 5 Donnacha Ryan, 6 Peter O'Mahony, 7 Chris Henry 8 Jamie Heaslip.

The showdown with Argentina has taken on critical significance, with the winners securing a place in the top eight of the IRB rankings which are being used to determine the seedings for the 2015 World Cup.
The losers will slip into the third tier of seeds for next month's draw and face the possibility of being selected in a pool containing two major nations.
Ulster back row Chris Henry has revealed that training has been fractious this week as Ireland seek a triumphant climax to the Guinness Series. And assistant coach Anthony Foley has made no attempt to diffuse the simmering tension.
"You don't try and rein that side of things in. You enjoy it," he said. "We've a lot of good players who really want to have a go and make a career, make a name for themselves in international rugby.
"Everybody is champing at each other, everybody is pushing each other hard" - Anthony Foley
"Anytime you're involved in a team coming into a crunch encounter everybody wants to be in the starting XV, everybody wants to dominate and nobody wants to be seen to be dominated."
"There isn't much being held back in training and there isn't much being held back in preparation. Everybody is champing at each other, everybody is pushing each other hard.
"That's good, it's always good to have a relatively healthy squad at this stage for the last game in this campaign. There are lot of guys who have grown into the squad in the last month.
"I don't know whether you see it from the outside but it's a very enjoyable camp to be involved in. There's a lot of good humour and camaraderie. There's a good feeling within the squad."
