Leinster boss Joe Schmidt has made wholesale changes for Sunday afternoon's RaboDirect PRO12 clash with Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium, kick-off 4.00pm.
With so many of the squad away on international duty, Schmidt has had to change the side that hammered Cardiff at the RDS last weekend.
Andrew Goodman will make his debut for the province at inside centre, while David Kearney is one of only two players who remain in the backline and moves to full-back with Andrew Conway and Fionn Carr named on the wings.
Ireland scrum-half Isaac Boss, who makes his 55th appearance, partners Ian Madigan at half back, with the latter shifting from full-back where he has featured in recent weeks.
Shane Jennings leads the team and is named in the back-row alongside number eight Leo Auva'a and Rhys Ruddock who made his first senior appearance in last weekend's victory.
Damian Browne partners Devin Toner, who is set to make his 107th appearance for his home province.
The replacements bench is made up entirely of Leinster Academy players.
LEINSTER XV to play Ospreys, Liberty Stadium, Swansea, Sunday 4 November, kick-off 4pm: David Kearney, Andrew Conway, Brendan Macken, Andrew Goodman, Fionn Carr, Ian Madigan, Isaac Boss, Heinke van der Merwe, Thomas Sexton, Jamie Hagan, Damian Browne, Devin Toner, Rhys Ruddock, Shane Jennings (capt), Leo Auva'a.
