Weekend's FA Cup fourth round team news

Aston Villa and Millwall kick off this weekend's FA Cup fourth round action this evening, with plenty more games on Saturday and Sunday.

Matches 3pm unless stated.

FRIDAY 25 JANUARY

Millwall v Aston Villa 7.45pm

Aston Villa midfielder Ashley Westwood and striker Jordan Bowery will return to the squad for this evening's FA Cup fourth round clash at Millwall.

Westwood and Bowery were cup-tied for the midweek Capital One Cup semi-final setback against Bradford at Villa Park after playing in the competition for Crewe and Chesterfield respectively.

But defender Nathan Baker is again ruled out with a hamstring injury and it is too soon for centre-back Richard Dunne to be considered after recovering from his groin injury.

Millwall boss Kenny Jackett insists his side are still the underdogs as they prepare to take on beleaguered Villa.

The npower Championship side are aiming to cap a miserable week for Villa, who were humiliated in the Capital One Cup semi-final by Bradford on Tuesday night, by knocking them out of the FA Cup.

Paul Lambert's young side are also struggling in the Barclays Premier League and Millwall will be fancied to cause another upset under the lights at The Den.

But Jackett said: "In a cup tie like this we are the underdog. Up until recently their results had been very good, but lately the confidence seems to have gone out of the team. Maybe that's what you get with young players.

"But even if Villa were mid-table they would still see this as a tricky tie. Our responsibility is to put on a performance that justifies that and can lead a passionate crowd towards a good evening."

Aston Villa squad: Guzan, Given, Marshall, Lowton, Vlaar, Clark, Lichaj, Stevens, Bennett, Ireland, Westwood, N'Zogbia, Bannan, Delph, Holman, Benteke, Agbonlahor, Bent, Bowery, Weimann, Burke, Johnson, Williams, Carruthers.

SATURDAY 26 JANUARY

Stoke v Manchester City, 12.45pm

Stoke defender Andy Wilkinson's back problem is likely to keep him out of tomorrow's FA Cup fourth round tie at home to Manchester City.

The full-back sustained the problem in their third round replay last week and while Ryan Shotton played 45 minutes in a midweek friendly after a hamstring injury he may not be risked.

Thomas Sorensen is set to replace Asmir Begovic in goal, as has been the policy for cup matches this season.

Manchester City will check on Samir Nasri ahead of their FA Cup fourth round trip to Stoke after the forward was hampered by a virus this week.

Right-back Pablo Zabaleta is fit after overcoming the foot injury that forced him off in last week's Barclays Premier League win over Fulham.

Midfielder Yaya Toure and defender Kolo Toure are at the African Nations Cup with Ivory Coast while right-backs Micah Richards and Maicon (both knee) remain out.

Stoke City squad: Sorensen, Cameron, Shawcross, Huth, Upson, Whelan, Nzonzi, Walters, Kightly, Etherington, Jones, Sorensen, Whitehead, Crouch, Jerome, Adam, Palacios, Owen, Shotton, Begovic.

Norwich v Luton

Norwich manager Chris Hughton will again rotate his squad for tomorrow's FA Cup fourth-round tie with Blue Square Premier side Luton at Carrow Road.

Declan Rudd will come into goal, while the likes of fit-again midfielder Andrew Surman, playmaker David Fox and winger Elliott Bennett are likely to get a chance to impress.

Full-back Steven Whittaker (hip) has resumed full training this week, so could come back into contention, but centre-half Sebastien Bassong (calf) may be rested again while striker Steve Morison (thigh) and England goalkeeper John Ruddy (thigh) remain sidelined.

Norwich squad: Rudd, Barnett, Martin, R Bennett, Tierney, Fox, Surman, Snodgrass, Johnson, E Bennett, Jackson, Steer, Garrido, Tettey, Pilkington, Kane, Holt, Whittaker, Hoolahan.

Brighton v Arsenal

Arsenal will be without captain Thomas Vermaelen (ankle) for tomorrow's FA Cup fourth-round tie at Brighton.

Midfielders Abou Diaby (thigh) and Tomas Rosicky (calf) are set to be available again, but Mikel Arteta (calf), Francis Coquelin (hamstring) remain out.

Forward Gervinho is away at the African Nations Cup and goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski (foot) is not yet in contention.

Arsenal squad: Szczesny, Gibbs, Koscielny, Mertesacker, Sagna, Podolski, Cazorla, Walcott, Ramsey, Wilshere, Giroud, Mannone, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Santos, Arshavin, Jenkinson, Diaby, Rosicky.

Wigan manager Roberto Martinez looks set to make several changes for tomorrow's FA Cup fourth-round tie against Macclesfield.

Roger Espinoza and Angelo Henriquez are likely to start after making their Wigan debuts in the third-round win over Bournemouth, while Callum McManaman and Fraser Fyvie could also make rare appearances for the Latics.

Arouna Kone is unavailable as he is on African Nations Cup duty with Ivory Coast while Antolin Alcaraz (groin), Ivan Ramis (knee), Adrian Lopez (hamstring), midfielders Ben Watson (broken leg) and Albert Crusat (knee) and striker Ryo Miyaichi (ankle) are still unavailable.

Bolton v Everton

Everton will be without full-back Seamus Coleman for tomorrow's FA Cup fourth round trip to Bolton's Reebok Stadium.

The Republic of Ireland international limped off with a thigh problem during the second half of Everton's goalless draw with Southampton on Monday and has not recovered.

Boss David Moyes picked a strong side for the third round win over Cheltenham and is likely to do so again, with fit-again winger Kevin Mirallas and defender Johnny Heitinga pushing for a start. Tony Hibbert (calf) and Darron Gibson (thigh) remain sidelined.

Everton squad: Howard, Jagielka, Distin, Heitinga, Baines, Oviedo, Naismith, Hitzlsperger, Osman, Pienaar, Fellaini, Mirallas, Jelavic, Mucha, Duffy, Neville, Anichebe, Vellios, Gueye.

Reading v Sheffield United

Reading are without striker Jason Roberts (hip) for tomorrow's FA Cup fourth round clash against Sheffield United.

Midfielder Jem Karacan suffered an unspecified knock in training but should be fit, while goalkeeper Alex McCarthy (shoulder) and midfielder Hope Akpan (cup-tied) are unavailable.

Striker Adam Le Fondre could start after scoring two vital goals as a substitute in the Royals' 2-1 Barclays Premier League win over Newcastle last weekend.

Reading squad: Federici, Ugwu, Taylor, Gunter, Kelly, Cummings, Pearce, Morrison, Mariappa, Shorey, Harte, McAnuff, Carrico, Tabb, Karacan, Kebe, McCleary, Robson-Kanu, Leigertwood, Le Fondre, Hunt, Pogrebnyak.

Queens Park Rangers v Milton Keynes Dons

QPR striker Loic Remy is a doubt for tomorrow's FA Cup tie against MK Dons because of a tight hamstring.

Esteban Granero (hamstring) and Armand Traore (hamstring) return, but Junior Hoilett (hamstring) is out while Ryan Nelsen will be rested.

Samba Diakite is at the African Nations Cup, Jose Bosingwa (back) is out and Andrew Johnson (knee) and Bobby Zamora (hip) are longer term injuries.

Manchester United v Fulham, 5.30pm

Ashley Young and Jonny Evans will remain on the sidelines for Manchester United's FA Cup fourth-round tie with Fulham at Old Trafford.

England winger Young suffered a knee injury against Liverpool a fortnight ago, whilst Evans (hamstring) has not featured since the FA Cup draw at West Ham three weeks ago.

United manager Alex Ferguson must decide whether to stick with David de Gea in goal or recall Anders Lindegaard, who took over for the replay win against the Hammers.

Fulham midfielder Kieran Richardson will miss the chance to take on former club Manchester United.

The 28-year-old suffered a calf injury in last weekend's defeat at Manchester City and will not be fit in time for the game at Old Trafford, although he is likely to return to training next week.

Mahamadou Diarra (knee) is not likely to play again for a month whilst Kerim Frei (pelvis) is also absent.

Eden Hazard will miss Chelsea's FA Cup fourth-round tie at Brentford as he starts a minimum three-match ban following the Swansea ball boy incident.

Hazard was sent off for violent conduct in Wednesday night's Capital One Cup semi-final exit at the Liberty Stadium and was today waiting the hear whether he would face a further charge.

Blues captain John Terry looks set for his first start since November, with David Luiz ruled out of the trip to Griffin Park and probably the midweek game at Reading after suffering a recurrence of an ankle injury.

Chelsea squad: Cech, Azpilicueta, Ferreira, Terry, Ivanovic, Cahill, Cole, Bertrand, Lampard, Ramires, Mata, Oscar, Marin, Torres, Ba, Ake, Saville, Turnbull.

Oldham v Liverpool, 4pm

Liverpool goalkeeper Jose Reina will sit out the match at npower League One side Oldham.
