Leopardstown's meeting on Wednesday must pass an 8am inspection on Tuesday morning.
Parts of the track are currently unfit for racing following heavy rainfall in the Dublin region.
The safety limit has consequently been reduced to 13 runners for the seven-furlong Spin 1038 Handicap.
