Niall Corcoran says Dublin will take it one game at a time after they clinched their first Leinster Senior Hurling title in 52 years.
After their emphatic victory on Sunday over last year's Leinster champions Galway, Corcoran said the players will have to remain focused.
Speaking to RTÉ Sport, he said "We haven't talked about winning the All Ireland. We've been more realistic this year and we will just focus literally on game by game and getting the best out of ourselves and it's going to be no different for the semi final. We're going to have to be even better than we were."
Dublin's hurlers failed to deliver success in 2012 but Corcoran said there has been a huge improvement in the team since then. "Last year we sort of maybe lost the plot a bit. We believed the hype a bit and our expectations were quite high."
"There is a lot more maturity in the panel this year and the lads are a lot more realistic about where were going and I suppose in hindsight last year has been a huge lesson to us."
With Sunday's win, the media have begun to take Dublin's chances of winning the All Ireland seriously but Niall believes the pressure won't get to them. "The media is going to build us up but I think the lads are mature enough to deal with that now."
Dublin now have a five-week break before their semi final and Niall says the focus has to be on that game. "It won't be the outcome of an All Ireland final to play in, it will just be focusing on what's ahead of us and hopefully "being the best we can be" as the boss says to us."
