Leinster coach Matt O'Connor has reported no new injury concerns ahead of Saturday's RaboDirect PRO12 clash against Connacht at the RDS.

Brian O'Driscoll and Mike Ross have resumed light training and hope to return to do some on field work this week. O'Driscoll has a calf strain, while Ross is troubled by a hamstring injury.

Lote Tuquri is expected to come into the mix for Saturday's game, and he could be joined by Zane Kirchner, who is set to make his debut having arrived a fortnight ago.

Shane Jennings has recovered from an arm injury and is also expected to be available.

Andrew Goodman has also made positive strides in his rehab and should come back into the fray over the next weeks after being sidelined since the summer.

It was also revealed that Richardt Strauss has undergone heart surgery and that the operation has been deemed a success, meaning he will make a full return to rugby at a future, as yet unconfirmed, date.
