Ireland internationals Conor Murray and Paul O'Connell return to Anthony Foley's side for Munster's clash with Zebre at Thomond Park on Friday night, kick-off 7.30pm.
Foley has made seven changes to the side that defeated Treviso in Italy last weekend.
Dave Kilcoyne, JJ Hanrahan, Paddy Butler and Denis Hurley also come into the match-day squad, while BJ Botha comes into the front row at tighthead with James Cronin and hooker Duncan Casey retaining their places.
Felix Jones retains the captain's armband for a second consecutive game.

Billy Holland lines out once again in the second row and is partnered by the returning Irish captain O'Connell.
Murray also returns at scrum half and is joined by Johnny Holland in the half backs, who makes his first competitive start for the Reds against Zebre.
Hurley opens his account for this season at inside centre with Andrew Conway's place on the right wing going to Ronan O'Mahony. Simon Zebo retains his spot on the left wing, as does captain Jones at full back.
Kilcoyne and Hanrahan are named amongst the replacements.

Connacht head coach Pat Lam has made one change to his starting line-up for Friday's clash with Leinster at the Sportsground in Galway tomorrow night.
Lock Aly Muldowney replaces Mick Kearney for his first start of the season. Irish qualified Muldowney joins the on-loan Quinn Roux in the second row partnership while Galway man John Muldoon will captain the side from the back row.
There are no changes to the young back line with 22-year-old Jack Carty, who earned his first start against Leinster in Galway last season, keeping hold of the reins at outhalf.
Ireland international Kieran Marmion, who plays his 56th consecutive game since his debut in September 2012, makes up the half-back pairing.
There are changes to the bench with the uncapped sub-academy hooker Shane Delahunt and prop Ronan Loughney named amongst the forwards replacements, while Dublin-born Matt Healy could also make his first appearance of the season.

Fergus McFadden comes in to replace the injured Zane Kirchner while Rhys Ruddock starts his first game of the season in the Leinster team to face Connacht in Friday evening's derby clash in Galway, kick-off 7.35pm.
Ruddock is set to wear the no. 6 jersey, with Dominic Ryan making a positional switch to no. 7. Captain Jamie Heaslip completes the back row.
The rest of the front eight remain in situ from last weekend's bonus-point win over Scarlets at the RDS. Devin Toner and Mike McCarthy start in the second row, with a front three of Jack McGrath, Sean Cronin and Mike Ross.
Rob Kearney and Darragh Fanning start in the back three for the second match in a row, with McFadden coming in to replace Kirchner who will be out for two to three weeks.
There are no changes in midfield or in the half-backs. Ian Madigan starts at inside centre, Brendan Macken at outside centre, Jimmy Gopperth at out-half and Isaac Boss at scrum-half.
Gordon D'Arcy is named the squad for the first time this season, starting from the bench.

British and Irish Lions winger Tommy Bowe and Ireland out-half Paddy Jackson will play their first match of the season when Ulster take on Cardiff Blues at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park on Friday evening, kick-off 7.35pm.
They are two of five changes to the side that beat Zebre 33-13 at Kingspan Stadium last weekend.
Louis Ludik, who started last week's game on the bench, is selected at fullback, and is joined in the back three by two of the ten Ireland internationals in the side - Andrew Trimble, who starts on the right wing, and Bowe who is named on the left.
Stuart Olding returns to the starting XV at inside centre, while Darren Cave has recovered from the rib injury that he sustained against Zebre to take his place at outside centre.
Jackson is partnered by Paul Marshall in the half-backs.
Up front there is an unchanged front row with Andrew Warwick and Wiehahn Herbst starting either side of captain Rory Best.
Franco van der Merwe returns to the second row and starts alongside Dan Tuohy.
The back row all started against Zebre, with Robbie Diack selected at blindside, Chris Henry named at openside and Nick Williams picked at no. 8.
