Plans remain fluid for Sizing Europe after the veteran was taken out of the Paddy Power Dial-A-Bet Chase at Leopardstown on Saturday due to the rain-softened ground.
Henry de Bromhead's stalwart would have been seeking the ninth Grade One success of his stellar career.
It had looked like retirement beckoned after he won at Punchestown in April, but that was put on hold and he returned to tremendous effect at Gowran in October before finding conditions against him in the Clonmel Oil Chase.
Stressing options were open, De Bromhead said: "I don't know yet where we'll see Sizing Europe.
"I'd say we might enter him in what used to be the Victor Chandler at Ascot (Clarence House Chase). I don't know, though.
"We're in no mad rush to run him - if we don't run him until the spring, that's OK."
