Jamie Heaslip returns for Ireland's trip to Wales

Jamie Heaslip returns from injury to start in the back row for Ireland in their Six Nations clash with Wales at the Millennium Stadium this Saturday

The No 8 missed Ireland's victory over England, having suffered three cracked vertebrae in the win over France in round two. Heaslip's return to the side is the only change to the starting XV.

Jordi Murphy drops out of the XV and assumes the role of back row replacement on the bench.

Johnny Sexton, who suffered a hamstring strain against England, came through training at Carton House today, and is named at No 10.

Rob Kearney lines out at fullback, with Tommy Bowe and Simon Zebo is named on the wings. Jared Payne starts at second centre, with Robbie Henshaw selected inside him at first centre.

Sexton is paired at half-back with scrum-half Conor Murray.

Jack McGrath, Rory Best and Mike Ross form the front row from No 1 to No 3.

Captain Paul O'Connell wins his 100th cap on Saturday and will line out in the second row alongside regular partner Devin Toner.

Peter O'Mahony, Sean O'Brien and Heaslip complete the team in the back row from No 6 - No 8 respectively.

Sean Cronin, Cian Healy and Marty Moore are the front row replacements on the bench. Iain Henderson covers the second row, and Murphy is the back row replacement.

Eoin Reddan is scrum-half cover, Ian Madigan covers out-half, centre and fullback, and Felix Jones is the final member of the matchday 23 covering the back three positions.
